CAT Member Conflict of Interest Policy

This policy explains how CAT Members should understand, disclose and deal with any perceived or real conflicts of interest. CAT participants may also read this policy to gain understanding of this process.

Conflicts of interest are anything that might adversely impact a Member’s performance of their duties to the Tribunal due to a personal interest that may compete with their responsibilities.
