How do I use condo forms?
Condo forms help owners, boards and managers conduct their regular business and meet legal obligations. The CAO provides three types of forms with different features, best used with Google Chrome.
Fillable PDFs: Complete these forms digitally, then save, download or print your completed form.
Non-Fillable PDFs: Print and complete these forms by hand. Download and save the form to your computer before printing.
Smart Condo Forms : Online interactive tools that guide you through a series of questions and automatically generate a completed form based on your answers. You can download and email or print the final version. The proxy form and owners’ meeting requisition template are currently the only smart condo forms available.
How do I make a complaint about a condo form?
The CAO is responsible for overseeing 18 condo forms on behalf of the Ontario government. You can provide any feedback by sending us a message. You can also join our advisory panels by subscribing and indicating your interest to join. Advisory participants will receive notices for opportunities to meet with us directly and discuss how we can improve our services from time to time.
