The Condominium Authority Tribunal (CAT)
The CAT can currently accept applications about a range of issues including Condominium Records, Pets and Animals, Vehicles, Parking and Storage, Noise, Odours, Vibration, Light, Smoke and Vapour, and Compliance with Settlement Agreements.
The CAT’s 3-stage dispute resolution services are offered at a total cost of $200 ($25 for Stage 1 – Negotiation; $50 for Stage 2 – Mediation; and $125 for Stage 3 – Adjudication).
