Issues and Dispute Resolution
The Condominium Authority of Ontario helps condo communities understand common condo living issues. The Condo Authority Tribunal provides quick and cost-effective dispute resolution if communities are unable to resolve their issues collaboratively. The Tribunal does this through its dedicated three stage resolution process.
