The Condominium Authority Tribunal (CAT) is Ontario’s first fully online tribunal! The CAT uses an online dispute resolution system (CAT-ODR) to help people resolve certain types of condominium-related disputes conveniently, quickly, and affordably.
The CAT’s 3-stage dispute resolution services are offered at a total cost of $200 ($25 for Stage 1 – Negotiation; $50 for Stage 2 – Mediation; and $125 for Stage 3 – Adjudication).
