Reset your password

To reset your password, the steps are as follows:

1. Click ‘Login’ at the top right of the screen

2. Click on ‘Forgot your password’

3. Enter your username and email used to create the account then click “send” to have a verification code emailed to you.

Note: Do not close the registration screen to get the verification code.

4. Enter the verification code you received by email and select “Verify code”

5. Once the code has been verified, select “Continue”

6. Enter the new password. Note: Your password must:

Include 1 capital letter
Include 1 lower case letter
Include 1 numberr
Be a minimum of 8 characters in length

7. Once you have entered the new password in the provided fields, click “Continue”

8. The screen will refresh and will return you to the login page

9. Enter your username and the new password you created.
