CAO will send you important updates by email including the verification code for opening a CAO account.
You will need to set up different accounts if you wish to complete the online Director Training. This is because the Director Training certificate of completion is tied to your email address and only one person can be named on an account.
Sometimes our system does not recognize certain email addresses. If this happens, please Contact Us and we will be able to clear your address.
Start by resetting your password. If that does not work, Contact Us.
If your corporation added you to their profile before you created a CAO Account, you would have received an Invitation Email with a unique code and a link to create an account. You can search your email inbox for a message with the subject line: “Confirm association with Corporation Name”.
If you’re unable to locate the email, please Contact Us and we can re-send the information to you.
When you click “send” to have a verification code emailed to you, please leave that window/tab open. If you close the window, the verification code will not work.
When you receive the email with the verification code, go back to your registration window, enter the code, and click “Verify Code”.
