Guide for Creating Accounts and Managing Profiles

The majority of information available on the Condominium Authority of Ontario website is available to the public. There are services, however, such as accessing the CAO’s mandatory training for directors, filing a return with the CAO, or submitting a case to the Condominium Authority Tribunal, where a single account is required. Condo corporations automatically have a profile and more than one individual account can fall under it, provided there is an email associated with the individual or any representatives who may act on their behalf.
