Online Payments Guide and Template for Condo Corporations

Ontario condo corporations are required to use CAO’s quick and convenient online payment system instead of cheques to pay their annual assessment fees as of Nov. 1, 2023.

The Condo Authority’s step-by-step Online Payments Process Guide helps corporations navigate our payment portal and use any of the following online payment methods: direct deposit (pay by bank), credit card, debit Visa/Mastercard, or Google Pay. Corporations transitioning from cheque payments can download our Payment Authorization Template to help update their condo’s payment approval processes while maintaining two signature approvals.
