What best describes your situation?

For condo owners:

I am being harassed by another owner, occupant, employee or representative of the condo corporation. My condo corporation isn’t responding to a harassment issue or is not enforcing compliance with the governing documents. Another owner or occupant or my condo corporation has contacted me about a harassment issue. I think my condo corporation’s governing documents are inconsistent, unreasonable or were implemented improperly.

For condo directors and managers:

An owner or occupant is harassing another owner, occupant or employee of the condo corporation. Our board of directors wants to change the condo corporation’s declaration, by-laws or rules.
