Condo communities can resolve their disputes conveniently, quickly and affordably through the Condominium Authority Tribunal, Canada’s first fully online tribunal. The CAT uses an online dispute resolution system.

Regulation 179/17 defines the scope of disputes that can be resolved by the Tribunal.
