Condo Arbitration Process Support

This page offers tool to support you through the arbitration process. It includes two templates for submitting and responding to arbitration.

Use this template to submit a dispute to arbitration by inviting one or more parties to participate and suggesting how the arbitration may take place. The responding party is expected to respond within 7 days of this template being sent.

A copy of the Notice of Submission to Mediation or Mediation Report must be attached to this template to provide reasoning for moving to arbitration, such as the mediation failing or no mediator having been agreed upon by the parties.

Use this template to respond to a Notice of Submission to Arbitration by accepting or rejecting the invite. If you accept, you can also propose for how the arbitration may take place and suggest alternative arbitrators.
