CAO is inviting Ontario condo corporations to participate in our reserve fund research by completing our survey, sharing financial documents or both.
The information collected will help us better understand reserve fund planning and financial pressures across Ontario’s condo sector and will inform a future province-wide report.
The deadline to participate is Aug. 28, 2026.
