Solutions for Condominium Boards & Managers

Condo Managers

Many condo managers and condo management companies appreciate having the opportunity to learn about service concerns and to take steps to address them.  Such steps could include a rearrangement of how certain duties are carried out, or who carries them out and otherwise working with their condo client to improve the situation if appropriate.

Typically, a condo corporation will engage legal services if is considering terminating the services of their condo manager and/ or condo management company.

If you have an issue with your condo manager or condo management service provider which cannot be resolved, you may wish to contact the CMRAO for more information on submitting a complaint.

What if these self-help tools don’t resolve the issue?

If you’ve tried the steps above and your issue still hasn’t been resolved, there are further steps you can take, including private mediation, arbitration, and/or other legal actions.
