Help shape the updated proxy form prototype

Last year, CAO launched the smart condo proxy form — a guided questionnaire to auto-fill and complete the mandatory form based on the answers you provide about your condo’s upcoming owners’ meeting. The tool has been well received, and we are now continuing to take further steps to simplify and enhance the form itself! 

We would love to hear your thoughts on our proxy form prototype. Feedback from this survey, along with insights from recently held consultations, will help CAO recommend sector-informed proxy form changes to the Ministry.
