Yes, condo corporations can create reasonable cannabis rules to:
- Promote the safety, security and welfare of owners
- Prevent unreasonable interference with residents’ use and enjoyment of their units and common areas
Exceptions may be required for medical cannabis accommodations under the Ontario Human Rights Code.
