Enhanced condo returns platform is now available!

Condo returns and notices of change play key roles in protecting condo owners and buyers. They provide information that keeps our public Condo Registry current and transparent, helping Ontarians make confident, informed decisions about condo living.

That’s why today we are thrilled to announce that we’ve redesigned our returns and notices of change filing platforms. Condo corporations will now find a refreshed design, streamlined navigation, and clearer instructions to make filing easier and more intuitive. Thank you to all advisory participants and condo community members who completed our surveys or joined our panels. We could not have done this without you!

If you have a CAO account with permission to file or view returns, we invite you to explore the system and share your feedback with us!

We look forward to further refinements and improvements as we prepare for returns season, starting Jan. 1, 2026.
