CAO to present at upcoming webinar hosted by First Service Residential
The Condominium Authority of Ontario will participate in a webinar hosted by FirstService Residential on Ontario condo law and recent CAT case reviews. The webinar will take place on Sept 9 from 11:30am – 1:00pm EST.
Marc Bhalla, CAO’s Vice-President of Policy, Programs & Dispute Resolution, will be joined by lawyer Victor Yee to discuss insights from recent Condominium Authority Tribunal decisions, including important considerations for condo corporations for harassment-related cases and the role of anti-harassment provisions in condominium governance. Marc will also share other key updates on newly launched consumer protection initiatives from the CAO.
The session will provide board members, managers, and industry professionals with valuable takeaways on evolving practices and how recent case law developments may impact Ontario’s condo communities.
