All mentions of “The Act” refer to the Condominium Act, 1998.

·       whether it has received a written notice of intention not to renew all the leasehold interests in the units in the corporation, as described in clause s. 174 (1) (b) of the Act

·       whether it has given a notice described in subsection s. 174 (6) of the Act to the lessor

Compliance Orders – The CAO will post any compliance orders issued against the corporation under section 134.1 of the Condominium Act, 1998
Certificate of the Registrar – The CAO will post any Certificates of the Registrar issued against the corporation under section 9.9 of the Condominium Act, 1998
