Notice of Annual Members Meeting

NOTICE IS GIVEN that the 2017 Annual Meeting of the Members of the Condominium Authority of Ontario (CAO) will be held:

• Date: Wednesday, January 24, 2018
• Time: 10 a.m.
• Location: To Be Confirmed (in Toronto)

The purpose of the meeting is to:

1. Accept the financial statements of the CAO for the fiscal year ended on March 31, 2017 and the auditor’s report on the statements
2. Appoint auditors for the CAO for the coming year
3. Confirm/elect directors
4. Transact other business as may be set out in the notice of meeting

According to the CAO’s By-law, the Members of the corporation and thus the voting Members of the CAO must be members of the Board of Directors.  This notice is being provided to the public who may attend as non voting guests and observe the meeting.
