Par le biais de ces rapports, elles fournissent des renseignements de base sur leur statut et leur composition, y compris les types de parties privatives qu\u2019elles comprennent. La plupart des condominiums en Ontario sont des associations condominiales normales de propri\u00e9t\u00e9 franche. Celles-ci comptent plus de 930 000 parties privatives de condominium qui logent environ 1,8 million de personnes.
