L\u2019OOSC tient \u00e0 remercier tous les participants qui ont r\u00e9pondu aux questionnaires et fait des commentaires utiles par l\u2019interm\u00e9diaire de comit\u00e9s consultatifs et de groupes pilotes. Vos efforts nous ont permis de compiler les informations n\u00e9cessaires \u00e0 ce rapport et de d\u00e9terminer les prochaines \u00e9tapes pour soutenir les communaut\u00e9s condominiales en Ontario.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"cao-paragraph cao-std-body-copy\">Ce rapport pr\u00e9sente des perspectives initiales sur l\u2019\u00e9tat des fonds de r\u00e9serve parmi les associations condominiales interrog\u00e9es \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9chelle de la province et met en \u00e9vidence les tendances en mati\u00e8re d\u2019inflation, de contributions aux fonds de r\u00e9serve et de sensibilisation des propri\u00e9taires, qui serviront \u00e0 orienter les futurs soutiens et les efforts suppl\u00e9mentaires de collecte de donn\u00e9es.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"cao-paragraph cao-std-body-copy\">Il s\u2019agit d\u2019une premi\u00e8re \u00e9tape pour l\u2019OOSC et d\u2019une premi\u00e8re pour l\u2019Ontario. Bien que ce rapport initial repr\u00e9sente une premi\u00e8re \u00e9tape dans nos recherches actuelles, les r\u00e9sultats pr\u00e9liminaires peuvent d\u00e9j\u00e0 alimenter l\u2019importante discussion en cours sur les fonds de r\u00e9serve engag\u00e9e dans de nombreux pays du monde entier.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"cao-paragraph cao-std-body-copy\">Les conclusions du rapport confirment la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 d\u2019une planification rigoureuse des fonds de r\u00e9serve et l\u2019importance des mesures de protection des consommateurs prises par l\u2019OOSC pour am\u00e9liorer la sensibilisation des propri\u00e9taires et des conseils d\u2019administration des associations condominiales.
