Son objectif principal est de permettre aux propri\u00e9taires d&#8217;examiner les \u00e9tats financiers de l&#8217;association, de nommer un v\u00e9rificateur, d&#8217;\u00e9lire les administrateurs et de voter sur toute modification des r\u00e8glements administratifs.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4>Combien de temps \u00e0 l&#8217;avance l&#8217;avis de convocation \u00e0 l&#8217;assembl\u00e9e g\u00e9n\u00e9rale annuelle doit-il \u00eatre envoy\u00e9 aux propri\u00e9taires?<\/h4>\n<p><span class=\"cao-paragraph cao-std-body-copy\">Les propri\u00e9taires doivent recevoir un <a href=\"https:\/\/www.condoauthorityontario.ca\/fr\/condo-living\/owners-meetings\/annual-general-meetings\/\">avis de convocation<\/a> au moins 15 jours avant l&#8217;AGA et un pr\u00e9avis d\u2019assembl\u00e9e au moins 20 jours avant l\u2019avis. Ce processus en deux \u00e9tapes, d&#8217;une dur\u00e9e totale de 35 jours, permet aux propri\u00e9taires de disposer de suffisamment de temps pour se pr\u00e9parer et envisager de se pr\u00e9senter \u00e0 un poste au conseil d&#8217;administration.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4>Quel est le quorum pour une assembl\u00e9e g\u00e9n\u00e9rale annuelle?<\/h4>\n<p><span class=\"cao-paragraph cao-std-body-copy\">Le <a href=\"https:\/\/www.condoauthorityontario.ca\/fr\/condo-living\/owners-meetings\/annual-general-meetings\/#:~:text=de%20convocation%20virtuels.-,Exigences%20de%20quorum,-Le%20quorum%20est\">quorum de l&#8217;AGA<\/a> est atteint lorsque les propri\u00e9taires repr\u00e9sentant au moins 25 pour cent des parties privatives de l&#8217;association sont pr\u00e9sents. Si cette condition n&#8217;est pas remplie lors de la premi\u00e8re ou de la deuxi\u00e8me tentative de tenue de l&#8217;assembl\u00e9e, le quorum est r\u00e9duit \u00e0 15 pour cent pour la troisi\u00e8me tentative et les tentatives suivantes.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4>\u00c0 quelle fr\u00e9quence les assembl\u00e9es g\u00e9n\u00e9rales annuelles ont-elles lieu?<\/h4>\n<p><span class=\"cao-paragraph cao-std-body-copy\">La premi\u00e8re AGA a lieu dans les trois mois suivant l&#8217;enregistrement de l\u2019association condominiale. Par la suite, toutes les AGA doivent se tenir dans les six mois suivant la fin de chaque exercice de l&#8217;association condominiale.
